Privacy Policy Effective Date: January 27, 2025.
1. General information
The Center for Integrative Development, ICBP doo is committed to protecting the privacy of users and ensuring the secure collection and processing of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia. This privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data collected through the website and applications for the “Unbreakable” retreat.
2. What data do we collect and for what purpose?
We collect personal data that is necessary for the organization and implementation of the retreat. Basic personal data includes name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number to enable registration, contact and administration of participation. In the case of payment for participation, payment data may also be collected. With the consent of the participant, photo, video and audio materials recorded during the retreat may also be processed, which will be used to promote activities on the website, social networks and for marketing purposes. We also collect technical data on the use of the website, including IP address and analytical data, in order to improve the user experience and optimize the content.
3. Legal basis for processing
The data is processed based on the user's consent for participation and promotion, on the basis of contractual obligations in the case of payment-related applications, and on the basis of legitimate interest in the organization of events, ensuring the quality of service and analyzing participation. Any consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a request to info@cir-icbp.com, whereby the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to withdrawal.
4. Data retention period
Personal data is kept for a maximum of five years from the moment of collection, unless otherwise prescribed by law or if there is a need for longer storage for the purpose of protecting legal interests. At the end of the storage period, the data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.
5. Who has access to your data?
Access to personal data is exclusively granted to the organizational team of the Center for Integrative Development, ICBP doo. In the case of technical support, external collaborators may have temporary access to data, but solely for the purpose of administering applications. Data is not shared with third parties without the user's express consent, except in cases where legal obligations require it.
6. User rights
Participants have the right to access their personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data when there is no legal basis for their processing, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) in Zagreb. 7. Data security
We take all reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, loss or unauthorized disclosure. Despite all security measures, complete security of data transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed, and users undertake data transmission at their own risk.
8. Changes to the privacy policy
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time in accordance with changes in legal regulations and business needs. Any changes will be promptly posted on the website. Continued use of the website and registration for retreats after changes to the privacy policy are considered acceptance of the new terms.
