About the Unbroken retreat
No one’s life journey is linear or easy – yet here we are, surviving, living, even thriving. Some deep, resilient part of us has endured, adapted, and grown despite challenges.
The word “resilience” beautifully captures this quality of being unbroken – not because we’re invulnerable or immune to pain, but because we can bend, adapt, and flourish again when the time is right. Think of a blade of grass: it doesn’t resist when stepped on but bends and then rises again to keep growing after the pressure is gone.

During these six days, we won’t focus on trauma and survival – instead, we’ll connect with our resilient, unbreakable core, the intact source of strength, joy, and ease within us.
You will be invited to express yourself freely, feel at home in your body, and find safety within. Every experience we’ve prepared and every tool we’ll offer you is designed to guide you back to your body’s natural capacity for healing and joy.
We’ll work surrounded by pine trees, just steps from the sea, breathing in the healing Lošinj air – everything around us will support relaxation, recovery, and renewal.
What awaits you?

Body psychotherapy
Through breath, movement, touch, and sharing, we will release tension, identify unconscious patterns, and embody new ways of supporting resilience.
We’ll differentiate between what your body had to do to survive and what it needs now to thrive.

Somatic practices
Exercises that will help you listen to your body with curiosity and compassion.
You’ll learn to notice sensations, emotions, images, and movements that reside in your body and allow them to guide you toward what the body needs.

Group support and sharing
Sharing in a safe space with like-minded people fosters connection, understanding, and a sense of safety.
You’ll find inspiration in others’ experiences, compassion for what we’ve collectively and individually endured, and space for laughter and tears – an essential part of this shared journey.

Dance and movement
Resilience resides in the body, and the body needs both movement and rest. Our exercises are designed to release stored stress and allow for a freer flow of vitality, joy, and creativity.
Every activity can be tailored to your physical state – no perfect form or overexertion is required.

Taste and creativity
Although most of our focus is on resilience and recovery, the point of this retreat is a return to the fullness of life, a shift from survival to living.
We will encourage you every day and remind you to enjoy it.

Accommodation
The island of Lošinj offers numerous options - from accommodation in the luxurious Bellevue Hotel, where the retreat takes place, to private accommodation in Mali Lošinj, to the modern Čikat campsite, which is a few minutes' walk away and has a large aquapark.
We have provided a special discount for retreat attendees for accommodation at the Bellevue Hotel, but it is valid only through our group check-in. If you check in to the hotel on your own, the discount will not be applied, so please contact us before booking to ensure this benefit is available to you.

We run the retreat in parallel in Croatian and English.
